Birth Details Chalkboard

Would you love something to capture all the important dates of your child's birth? Well our Birth Details chalkboard have all those important details such as the child's name, date of birth, weight, time of birth and how long they were. 

Each Chalkboard comes ready for you to use and 2 pieces of white chalk which can be used to write things on the other side of the chalkboard. 

Size Choice:

• A-Frame Chalkboard is A-Frame free standing board which measures 30cm high and 20cm wide and 1.5cm thick.
• Standing Chalkboard is a two piece (Chalkboard and Stand) which measures 29cm high x 20.8cm wide and the base is approx 8cm in Diameter.

Please leave the child's name, date of birth, time of birth, length at birth and weight in the notes section provided. 

If you would like the details on your board a different colour like the one pictured please also leave that in the notes section provided. If no colour is left in the notes section we will make the details up in white.
