Proccessing and Shipping Info
Orders are shipped from Lake Macquarie, New South Wales, Australia. All of our products are made to order. For customised items, please allow an extra 2 days for dispatch times. For in stock items, please allow up to 7-10 business days during busy times for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
If you need your items sooner, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to accommodate you! We also have a RUSH ORDER add on that you can add to your order and your order will be dispatched in 1-3 business days of placing your order.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification e-mail. All times below are an estimate provided by the shipping carrier.
These times do not include posting times! We use Australia Post for delivery within Australia. Postage costs include all packaging, to ensure your items arrive to you in the best possible condition.

If you would like to pickup, that can be arranged from Lake Macquaire 2283. Please message us to arrange a time. Local pickup is free.

Shipping International Orders
We are an Australian-based business; however, we welcome our international customers too! We offer international shipping, and charge (ACTUAL COST) for shipping on international orders, based on the order’s weight. We are unable to offer flat rate shipping at this time for international orders. If you would like to see the cost of shipping your order before you place an order, simply send us an email to email@example.com with your order and a request of shipping costs. We will work out your shipping costs and let you know before we finalise your order. If you would not like to go ahead with your order, please let us know within 3 working days and we will cancel your order at no charge to you.
All orders are sent via Australia Post Airmail. Most international zones, including New Zealand, USA & Canada, and Europe, have tracking available. If tracking is available on your order, you will be offered the choice when checking out. (Australia Post excludes some zones from their Pack and Track International network). International customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes that are charged by Customs in their country. All orders will be posted in either a sturdy cardboard box, or a rigid mailer (depending on the size of the order). You will be notified by email when your order has been sent.
If you place an order without prior contact to find out final shipping costs we will contact you when processing the order with the charge (ACTUAL COST) for shipping on international orders, based on the order’s weight and your address.
We will also issue you an invoice if there is any extra charge for shipping. If you choose to cancel your order a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Please note that your order will not be shipped to you until you have paid the total shipping costs required. If it is not paid within 5 business days of the invoice being sent to you, we will cancel your order and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
